Sell subscriptions on Shopify, keep your checkout
Subscribe & Save plans, renewals that run on time, failed-payment recovery and a branded customer portal. Shopify Checkout and your own gateway keep charging the card. ZionPe manages everything between orders.
Awaiting Shopify App Store listing
ZionPe Commerce is being reviewed by Shopify for public listing. Until then we enable stores one by one. Connect from your ZionPe dashboard and we request access for your store. We never promise a date.
Who does what
One subscription, two systems, no overlap
Shopify keeps
- Checkout and payment
- Your gateway and its fees
- The vaulted card
- Orders and fulfilment records
- Products and customers
ZionPe owns
- Subscribe & Save plans and trials
- The renewal clock
- Retries and failed-payment recovery
- Subscriber management and portal
- Branded emails and analytics
Five steps, exactly as they happen
The same screens you will see. Click any step to stay on it.

Not a payment gateway. On purpose.
Shopify does not allow third-party payment rails at checkout, so no app can be one. Your shoppers pay through Shopify Checkout with your store's own gateway, Shopify vaults the card, and ZionPe never touches the money. What ZionPe owns is the part Shopify leaves to you: the plans, the renewal clock, the retries, the portal and the emails.
- Nothing to add under Shopify Admin → Settings → Payments
- No custom checkout, no API calls, no theme code
- Your existing gateway fees stay exactly as they are
Want to take card payments with ZionPe instead?
That works everywhere except inside Shopify Checkout. Use one of these.
Everything between the first order and the next
Built on Shopify's subscription APIs, run from your ZionPe dashboard.
Subscribe & Save plans
Any delivery frequency, percentage or fixed discounts, intro pricing, and a one-click free trial. Attach a plan to products and it publishes to Shopify.
Renewals you can rely on
ZionPe owns the renewal clock. On each due date it asks Shopify to charge the card Shopify vaulted, and a renewal order appears in your store.
Failed-payment recovery
Automatic retries and Shopify's secure payment-update email when a renewal fails. Past-due subscribers are one filter away.
Subscriber management
One card per subscriber: pause, resume, skip, change the next date, frequency, quantity, price, swap products, add-ons, coupons, address, cancel, reactivate.
Orders & fulfilment
Renewal orders land in Shopify. Mark them fulfilled, shipped, delivered or on hold from ZionPe without switching tabs.
Emails from your brand
Every subscriber email goes out under your sender name with your copy and logo. Shoppers never see a third-party brand.
Branded customer portal
A self-service portal where shoppers manage their own subscriptions, with the permissions you choose.
Analytics that matter
Active and paused subscribers, MRR, churn, past due, and renewal success and failure, updated as renewals run.

Frequently asked questions
Is ZionPe Commerce a payment gateway for Shopify?
No. Shopify does not allow third-party payment rails at checkout. Your customers pay through Shopify Checkout and your store's own gateway, exactly as they do today. ZionPe manages what happens between orders: the plans, the renewal schedule, retries, the portal and the emails.
Which Shopify plan and gateway do I need?
Any Shopify plan. Shopify Plus is not required. Your store needs Shopify Payments or another Shopify gateway that supports subscriptions, so Shopify can vault the card for renewals.
Can I install it from the Shopify App Store today?
Not yet. The app is awaiting Shopify's review for public listing. Connect your store from the ZionPe dashboard and we request access for it. If Shopify shows "This app is under review", nothing is wrong on your side.
What does it cost?
Commerce is not on the ZionPe Payments fee schedule, because Shopify and your gateway charge your customers. Commerce pricing is confirmed with you during onboarding.
I want to accept card payments on my Shopify store with ZionPe. Can I?
Not inside Shopify Checkout. If you want to take payments with ZionPe, use payment links, invoices, or the hosted checkout on your own website.
